Maria kayaked recently in Florida’s West Lake Park — the largest remaining mangrove ecosystem in the 85-mile urban coastal zone from Miami Beach to West Palm Beach. The park occupies a 3-mile strip of mangrove estuary and uplands. “It’s a great place for kayaking because of the shallow water and absence of motor boats,” she says.

    Hi Maria,

I just got a SE-370 Kayak and I really like it. I only have one question. I took it out for the first time today on our neighborhood lake. We also have a Sea Eagle Paddle Ski which is very stable. I found the 370 a little tippy and was wondering if I may have inflated the bottom too much. i was able to get in it and out of it without tipping it and that was a big plus. Do you inflate your bottom real hard? Any tips you can provide would be greatly appreciated. My email is thelmak@pa.net. Thank you:)))
